You’ve got to let that light shine in.

I have been in dark places. Consumed by fear, shame and doubt. It wasn’t until began illuminating those spaces that I started to shift. It was my own bs that turned on the light for me.

I remember when it started to happen, little over a decade ago. I recognized some seriously toxic behaviour and was not happy with the direction of my life. I decided to turn inward and illuminate those dark spaces.

It was lonely, unforgiving and painful. Finding the unhealed parts, the broken parts and the parts I had hidden long ago. Remembering who I am and seeing what I had become.

I didn’t know it then but I was being lead on a great discovery. And as scary as it was, I was ready for it. I felt my connection to source and heard the whispers of my guides.

“What kind of person do you want to be?”

This question shook me to my core. It proved in an instant how much power I truly had. I decided in those moments exactly who I wanted to be and began to shift.

It took almost 10 years for me to clear out old believe systems, heal wounds and embrace those suppressed parts of me. It took almost 10 years to recognize myself again.

I have become who I decided I wanted to be in those beginning stages of my awakening.

I am the light. I am the high frequency. I am a portal to the high vibration that will change lives.

I will crack you open and shine my light in. With you permission I will illuminate your broken pieces, wounds and forgotten treasures. I will show you how worthy you are of being the person YOU want to be. And I will light your path of becoming.
